The purpose of the Aging is an Asset meetings was to explore the ways that education at all levels could find opportunities in the aging world. The fifth meeting featured a four generation discussion of how retirees could provide leadership in communities. It brought together people from four generations to discuss their views of communication, history, and leadership styles.
